We are now opening up our Winter Classes for ardent bakers to learn the art of making beautiful cake pops from scratch. Our BASIC 101  masterclass runs for 2.5 hours and you will make approximately 12 – 15 cake pops. Students will be entered into a private facebook group to share and discuss ideas for future projects.


This is be our only Basic workshop for this year as we only run classes depending on our work schedule. Basic workshop students will be informed and offer priority for future advanced themed classes when they arise.

  • how to bind and roll your cake pop
  • our bakery’s method of prepping cake pops for dipping
  • how to melt and colour chocolate
  • tips and tricks for dipping
  • 6 different type of decorating ideas using chocolate
  • troubleshooting as well as storage ideas
