How can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed by contacting us via email to or by calling us at 02 8006 0806. We pride ourselves in offering you the freshest product possible. We do not keep stock so each order is made especially for you. We start prepping about 3-4 days before the due date and do not accept changes to the order made a week before your order is due.

Our availability can change daily due to high volume of enquiries, especially during festive seasons. To avoid chasing up on payments, we do not accept partial deposit to secure a booking. Your order is only confirmed once your payment has been received in full. Enquiries do not guarantee a booking. Thank you for your understanding.

How far in advance do I need to book an order?

As Sugar Pop Bakery is a boutique bakey, specialising in couture dessert pops, we are only able to take in a limited number of orders per week. As our work is highly detailed, each Sugar Pop creation is a time-consuming project so the best way to book us for your event is to enquire about a month in advance to check availability.

During festive periods such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas, we will often release our Limited Edition Gift Packs which are often sold out in a frenzy and that will reduce the private orders we can take in as well.

How big are your Cake Pops?

Our Cake Pops are approximately 4- 4.5 cm round. Their high quality ingredients and rich flavor make them the perfect complement to any occasion or meal.  Many customers tell us one Sugar Pop satisfies their desire for a sweet treat.  They are perfectly sized to enjoy one or a variety of our delicious flavors. When planning an event, we recommend 1-2 Cake Pops per person.

What is the Shelf Life of your Sugar Pops?

Most of our Sugar Pops stay fresh up to 10 days out of the fridge and about 2 weeks when refrigerated.  They can be frozen up to a month in an air tight container. Humidity and temperatures above 30 degrees have long been the enemies of chocolate confections everywhere and our Sugar Pops are no exception, so we recommend keeping your Sugar Pops in a cool, dry, shaded area such as the pantry cupboard. However once received, our Customers tell us it is impossible to resist their tempting decadent flavor, so there’s no need for storage options!

Cake Pops

Cake pops have a shelf life of 10-14 at a cool room temperature and can last up to 14-20 days when refrigerated. We do not recommend freezing cake balls, as it will change the moist, rich consistency. But if there is a need, do contact us for the best way to freeze your Cake Pops.

Marshmallow Pops / Chocolate Pops / Cookie Pops

These Sugar Pops have a longer shelf life and can last up to a month when refrigerated. They can be freeze easily for up to several months, we do not recommend freezing Marshmallow Pops. If there is a need, do contact us for the best way to freeze your Cake Pops.

Pie Pops

These Pie Pops does not need to be refrigerated to avoid the pastry crust from drying out. However, if you have excess leftover, they can be stored in a zip lock bag and freezed up to several months. Reheating is easy and quick so do contact us should you choose to reheat them.

Do you offer Allergy Free options?

In our kitchen, all our baking products, utensils and storage area are either potentially exposed to or contain wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Even though no flavors have nuts inside however all our pops are made in a facility that house nuts. Please be aware that certain flavors do have nuts on the outside of the pop.

At the moment, the only flavours available for allergy-sufferers are: Vanilla, Chocolate.

What is the minimum quantity?

Our standard minimum across all ranges is One Flavour Per Design Per Flavour Per Dozen. If you are unsure what you would like for your cake pops or you would like an assortment, we also offer a random selection of flavours of whatever cakes we are baking for the week.

We also offer fantastic Party Packages with a wide variety of Sugar Pops at a discounted rate!

Do you offer Bulk Quantities or Event Catering?

The short answer is Yes! We supply Sugar Pops by demand and each booking is made to order. We do have a minimum order for bulk discounts, please enquire with our sales team for more information.

Our bakers are always busy with orders for bridal showers, birthdays, weddings and small gifts but are also well versed in large-scale production, able to accommodate orders of hundreds and thousands. Our corporate clients appreciate our customization, logo designs, individual packaging, national shipping and local hand delivery.

Do you ship your Sugar Pops?

We are the first cake pop company in Australia to offer nationwide shipping on our Sugar Pops, including cake pops. At the moment, we offer delivery within Sydney Metro area and overnight express postage nationwide.

All interstate orders are made to order and shipped immediately. Due to the perishable nature of our Sugar Pops, we ship on via AusPost Express which guarantees next day delivery or within 2 working days in outer rural area.

The heat of Summer can be hard on our Sugar Pops. In warmer climates, we pack our Sugar Pops in a styrofoam esky filled with packing material and lined with dry ice. We take utmost care in packing our Sugar Pops to ensure the dry ice last long enough for you to receive it in the mail. Additional thermal packaging charges apply due to the weight of the dry ice. Most interstate orders will be shipped on a Wednesday to ensure your parcel reaches you by Friday the latest.

We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.

We currently have scheduled pick-ups available at our bakery, please let us know the time you will be at the bakery to make sure someone is around to pass your parcel to you.

What is your Return Policy?

Cake pops are time-consuming affairs and our team takes great pride in our Sugar Pops, from creation to shipping. To ensure that customers receive their order in the same condition as it leaves the bakery, we guarantee that all our Sugar Pops are checked thoroughly for cracks and other visual blemishes. We take meticulous care to package and ship your product and while we never expect damage to occur, Sugar Pop Bakery cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has been shipped.

If you received a shipment and the shipping carton is damaged or crushed please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged shipping box so that we may process a refund with the shipping carrier which we will pass on to you.
