Please note that class is solely focussed on techniques and cake pops as such it’s a smaller group. Cake pops are labour intensive and should not be rushed. Please allow delays as time extension might be needed. Ideally, you should have some prior knowledge of dipping and rolling. Candy melts will be taught and previous students are encouraged to attend this class. Molds and candy melt kits will be available for purchase after the class.

Teaching venue will be at Da Vinci Hub located at 1/239 Great North Road Five Dock. There is all day street parking available. Due to the amount of material we have to cover in a 3 hour window, please kindly make sure you arrive a bit earlier for parking as well as enough time for delays.
The class price includes all baking ingredients, materials, all sugarcraft tools, buckets, cello bags and equipment for you to complete your project. No notes or handouts will be given, but students are welcome to take down notes if they wish. Please bring your own apron.

Thank you for a wonderful cake pop class. You are an amazing teacher, so patient and encouraging. It was very inspiring to see your attention to detail, calm and friendly disposition, which made this class truly worth the money spent and more. I felt privileged to learn with you, and the personal touch you added, putting in a surprise pack of meringue kisses into the box in which we were to pack our cake pops, as also the edible food writer pen you gave each of us to keep, is something I’ll cherish. I was so glad I made the trip from Melbourne, and would do it again, whenever you offer the next class. To anyone considering taking a class with Nicole, I would say, ” just do it”, she’s the best.
Thank you again Nicole for the class, and to your mum for her amazing hospitality.
